In our organization, we have very little time to really delve into projects like this. For us, the deciding factors in working with Chilled Winston were their understanding of the academic environment, their refreshing ideas, and the quality of the portfolio they presented to us. We explained our goals with the video and gave them complete freedom to film and edit. They were with us for, I think, two weeks. "I participated in the project 'One Drop Talk' by the creative agency Chilled Winston. In my experience, the project aimed to create a safe space to explore and discuss my authentic identity. Throughout the experience, I felt that my vulnerability and potential slips were not judged. I felt incredibly free to open up and answer questions without worrying about political correctness. This isn't the first creative project I've participated in, but I feel like it was the first one that came without a pre-determined script and really captured my personality. The different questions I was asked helped me explore parts of my own identity. It's not always easy to describe yourself, so the emphatic guidance and inquisitive questions from the crew supported me in showing my true colours. The physical environment in which the project was f ilmed added to the feeling of safety. I am confident that anyone who sees the video will have a better understanding of who I am. Also, I'm proud of what's now out there for the whole world to see. So Chilled Winston has definitely proven that they can deliver results that exceed expectations."
